1. What is HireMagic? What Does it Do?        [TOP]

HireMagic is a referral system, collecting job information for candidate placement. Our business relies on new sources and leads in order to provide opportunities for new candidates seeking employment. Any information that will help find these new leads are a valuable commodity to HireMagic, and we wish to pay Associates accordingly for their effort. 2. How Do I Make Money Using HireMagic?        [TOP]

HireMagic pays you for your "business intelligence."
For each placement we make from your client referral, we will pay you $1000 or 10% of our staffing service fee.

There are no limits to the number of referrals you can make either. Each successful placement will result in a payment through your Associate Account.

3. How Will I Know When HireMagic Has Made A Placement Through My Referral?        [TOP]

• Use the "List Referrals" Feature in your associate account to track your referrals and see when placements are made.
• You can also check with the hiring agent information you provided to us via your HireMagic referral.
• We want to continue a long term relationship through future referrals from our Associates steady payment process is in the best interest of our business.

4. How Will HireMagic Pay Me?        [TOP]

If the client you referred to us hires a candidate from us, we will pay you $1000 or 10% of our staffing service fee. Payments will be made through your associate account and will be disbursed 30 days after the payment is received from our client. Payment information provided via your associate account, will enable us to mail payment in a timely fashion.

Step 1.	Sign up for the service by completing the Sign UP form link above.
Step 2.	Start making your referrals using our "Make Referrals" form in the Associates section of this website.

6. Managing Your Account Profile.        [TOP]

Step 1.	Select the "My Account" menu item from the Members Section.
Step 2.	Determine which field or fields require changes. Your fields will already contain data from your initial entry. This is the information we currently hold regarding your organization.
Step 3.	Edit Fields: Simply delete incorrect information from the desired field and enter new data.
Step 4.	Submit The Change: After you have completed your field changes, scroll to the bottom of the form and press the SUBMIT button. Press the button once and our form processor will make the necessary record changes.
Step 5.	Review Changes: You can review changes to the fields simply by selecting the Edit Profile tool again from the Members Tools section.

Your Confidentiality Is Guaranteed!

We will not use your name when we contact your leads. With HireMagic, all of your referrals are kept confidential.

In some companies, employees may fear that the information they provide will adversely affect their job. Unless you specifically request that your name be used, your information is with-held from the potential client. We understand the nature of a perceived "conflict of interest" that could be misconstrued and work with you to preserve your confidentiality.

HireMagic is a full service staffing agency that makes its money through placing candidates in corporations. We charge a "finders fee" to the client for our candidate search service. It is from this fee that HireMagic pays referrals out to HireMagic Associates.

You can find out which companies are hiring and the hiring managers from:
